This resource introduces built-in cooking appliances. when e look at built-in cooking, we're talking about 1 appliance - the range - that has been broken out into separate units. These units include cooktops, range-tops and ovens. Cooktops are your basic cooking service -- basically just taking the top part of a range and sticking it by itself on the counter. Range-tops are the pro version of the cooktop. Overall, they're lot bigger and built to last longer. Built-in ovens are built into the cabinetry instead of sitting under the cooktop.
